Reid Breitman
Managing Partner

Reid Breitman is the Managing Partner of AII Law PC, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and operations. Mr. Breitman brings over thirty years of real estate and finance experience to his leadership role. He received his Business Administration degree from Cal State University at Northridge with majors in real estate and finance, and graduated from USC Law School. As an attorney at Kaye Scholer, a New York-based law firm with over 400 lawyers, Mr. Breitman received extensive training in corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, public and private finance, and SEC compliance.

Mr. Breitman is a member of the California State Bar. His extensive background in corporate law, business development, and scaling service-oriented businesses provides the strategic foundation for AII Law PC’s innovative workforce solutions and immigration services for employers across the United States.
