Robert Lubin

Robert Lubin was born and grew up in Montreal, speaking English and French. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) with Distinction at McGill University. He attended law school at the University of Miami in Florida, where he earned his J.D. and LL.M., Masters of Law in Taxation.

Mr. Lubin practiced immigration law for over three decades, with primary practice areas that included professional and business immigration and EB-5 cases. He was among the very first attorneys to obtain approvals in the Immigrant Investor program in the early 1990s, and was also a pioneer in securing approvals in the categories of National Interest Waiver and Extraordinary Ability in 1992.

After retiring from the practice of law in 2025, Mr. Lubin now serves as Chief Marketing Officer, where he leverages his extensive immigration law experience to lead the marketing team. His deep understanding of client needs and immigration processes informs strategic marketing initiatives and client communications.
